Our patient had been suffering from severe teeth grinding for several years. This condition had led to considerable damage to her teeth structure, affecting not only her beautiful smile but also her dental function. After establishing the 2D plan, we collaborated with our partners at RDT Dental Lab. They implemented Dr. Johnson's design into a 3D model using specialized dental software. The next phase was finding the ideal equilibrium for her bite using a tool called a Kois Deprogrammer. This critical step set the stage for the restorative work to follow.

This approach allowed us to restore her bite and increase the vertical dimension of her occlusion without unnecessary tooth reduction.
