Mr. I visited our clinic with generalized gum recessions, sensitivity, missing teeth and a luxating tooth. Additionally, he wasn't satisfied with the colour of his teeth, and he wanted to have "the whitest teeth ever". When I told him that I won't look natural, he said "Doctor, show me one thing that is natural!". It was a really interesting response! I didn't know what to say.

I recommended the extraction of luxating central incisor, two three-unite bridges, one in front, one in the back, and crowns on others.

The biggest advantage for us was lip dynamics. No matter how hard he tries, he can't show the gum-line. With that advantage, I told him that it wasn't a big necessity to correct the gum line.

I planned to use porcelain-fused zirconia crowns and bridges. They are really tough and they can do the job here, both aesthetically and functionally. Actually, we tried to break one monolithic zirconia bridge with a hammer and even with that trauma, the endurance of the restoration was amazing! You should see that!
